What languages are supported by the Assistant?

monoloq supports almost all commonly spoken languages. The Assistant can speak to your customers in the following languages:

monoloq supports online stores that have product descriptions in the following languages:

How can I control costs?

You can set two kinds of spending limits: A soft and a hard spending limit. Once you reach your soft spending limit, monoloq will no longer appear on your website for new visitors. If you reach the hard spending limit, monoloq will also stop currently open conversations.

What data is collected?

monoloq stores the messages your customers send in order to be able to resume conversations. While doing so, we have a system in place to continually detect and redact sensitive information like names or addresses. This information is deleted as soon as we detect it, ensuring that we do not store any sensitive information. Additionally, monoloq stores messages in the customers browser where they can be deleted by the user at any time.

How does monoloq ensure the security of my data?

monoloq takes the security of your customer data very seriously. We use AWS to store conversations from the assistant, which is a highly secure and compliant cloud service provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we regularly monitor and audit our systems to ensure that your data is protected. We store data only for as long as technically needed for monoloq to operate functional.
